"We enjoyed our stay but it could have been better. Indoor pool room had no AC. Our hall AC wasn’t working either. Other than that it’s a perfect location."

"Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Only downside was the indoor pool, never went in because the smell of the chlorine was so strong when you walked in, couldn't be in the area for more then a few minutes. You could smell it coming down the elevators. Other than that had a great stay. 5 minute walk to downtown."

Close to many restaurants, shops and the aquarium. 10 or so minute walk to all amenities. Very pleased with the experience. Would book again."

"I really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. We were here for The Mountain Music Festival. We had a Great time. The hotel is excellent. The staff top knoch. We had a problem with a tv our first nite there but it was easily taken care of the next day. And management promptly took care of us with a resort credit, that was very much appreciated. This place is the best place to stay in Gatlinburg Hands down."

"The location of the hotel was a 5/5. I would have given my overall rating a 5 but the day before we left the pool was undergoing maintenance. We were looking forward to the pool but then got a message saying that the pool wouldn’t be open that day. We were well informed but kind of disappointed."
