"The host was very informative and helpful. The property was a really good size and the host had thought about a lot of extra things which made the stay easier. The property is on the first floor so there are some steps but it was easy enough to get up and down with our baby and the pram. The location is great with lots of shops and cafes nearby and it is about a 10 minute walk to Westfield (where we parked securely overnight). There is some on street parking nearby. "We enjoyed our stay as the place was within walking distance to restaurants, buses and train station. Also our rooms were very spacious as we opted for 3 bedrooms. Maid service was a plus as it was nice coming home to a clean place. Check in and out was good and the place has 24 hour customer service. Only 2 things we would change. There is only 1 very tiny elevator and stairs are steep, windy and narrow."
