We had a spacious, comfy corner room with small balconies and views of the piazza. Everything in the room was wonderful, although the bed was very hard, which messed with my husband's back a bit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to help out with a special request. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. There is a pretty decent gym with enough equipment to get the job done, though it gets no air flow and it gets very warm in there, fyi. Nice to sweat a bit in the winter though! Breakfast was excellent, with many options and beautiful views, which made mornings especially enjoyable. The only downside was that breakfast ended at 10am, which felt a bit early for a vacation spot. Wi-Fi worked well, but the TV only offered cable (no Netflix option). The property is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. The town itself is absolutely adorable and surprisingly lively considering we traveled in the off season. Since we visited in winter, we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool or the beach, but we can imagine it would be lovely in warmer months."
