"Loved staying at this property! The home had everything we needed, and the hot tub was super easy to work. The location is perfect - you are surrounded by mountains and can hear the river running from the deck. We will absolutely stay here next time we want to have a weekend getaway in CO."

"Very cute house that is nicely updated. Location is great and is walkable to the Hot Springs and everything downtown. We didn't use our car once after getting to the rental. There was some confusion with the bunk beds, as there is one set of twin bunk beds in the room, and when I asked we were told they were one set of full, so we had to make due with some tighter sleeping arrangements with 4 kids. "This home was perfect for us, it’s really cutely decorated and we can tell it is maintained very well. Very clean, fresh, and awesome for a family trip. We loved the character and decor and the record player was a fun touch too! We would stay here again for sure."

"Stayed for 3 days...house was great for what we needed. Enjoyed the front patio and stream. It was 95 degrees during our stay and we were worried about not having AC, but it was not an issue at all. The house cooled down nicely at night even in the high heat."
