"Receptionist was really polite, friendly & helpful. Room was very clean, comfy bed. It was a really hot weekend so the staff had left a fan in the room which was really welcome! Windows don’t open very far but that’s likely for health & safety. Location is good, a nice little town. Breakfast is over the road at the pub and was tasty with a great selection! We had dinner one night in the pub which wasn’t great, staff were young and not particularly cheerful or helpful. We ate at a different pub just a short walk down the road (Black horse) which was sooooo much better, delicious food and a fab selection of drinks, staff were really great."

"Really nice hotel, check in was awesome, one of my pet hates is checking in to a hotel and it is as if you hadn't pre-booked and you are stood there for five minutes watching the receptionist tapping away at their keyboard and printing papers for you to sign and eventually printing your key card, at the Woburn I walked into the reception and told them my name, they welcomed me and passed me the key! Perfect!!!"

"First time coming here, and I was worried whether we were going to get a parking space or not, but it was fine. At night time when we came back from a wedding dinner on the Friday and the wedding on the Saturday night it was abit limit, but there are different parking areas for the hotel so that was helpful. Check-in was easy, and you can wait at in the restaurant and get a drink from there or back at reception. The receptionist was very helpful and happy 😊. The room was perfect for what we needed which was just somewhere we need to sleep, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We could have done with more tea/coffee/sugar/milks, but when we went downstairs and asked at reception they said to help ourselves from the restaurant which was great to hear that we could just help ourselves. There is a housekeeping service daily which we didn't need but good to have. The breakfast was amazing, 8 item breakfast available, with continental as well which included an alternative milk and yoghurt which is great to have. Plus the staff in there especially the gentleman serving the cooked breakfast was very kind and clearly loved his job. Very happy with our stay and should we have to visit Milton Keynes again this hotel will be on a list to come back too."

"The aircon is really good 😂 that was my main reason for the stay to be honest. With a little bit more attention to detail this place could be really nice. Its small things like leaving the shower gel container empty, not getting the cobwebs in the bathroom corners and having a dirty throw on the bed that make it not seem that great. I also managed to confuse someone behind the bar asking for a vodka and coke. There is a fridge in the room and room service is offered. Smart TV with Netflix. Comfy bed, which some may find too soft though."

"Location and staff great. Pub below venue is closed and for sale but good pub food a 5 minute walk away. Property in need of air conditioning for summer stays though although a fan is provided which is insufficient to cool the room. Location overlooking the lake and bird life is superb and car park fees go to the park upkeep so are justified. Overall good but too hot in the room."
