I used to stay at this Hotel on a regular (often fortnightly) basis a few years ago as it offered well above average accommodation. But what I especially liked was the staff, as they are the entire backbone of this hotel and a credit to its Management, I can't say that i've ever had one negative experience, either...

From start to finish, the service, staff, spa, value for money, everything was fantastic! We have stayed in many many hotels in the UK and this hotel has to be our favourite. The secret garden spa for an extra £25pp is worth every penny!
We stayed in Tiplady 4 and it was perfect sitting outside as it was south facing so ordered a bottle of wine and nibbles before going to Nu Sana for an evening meal.
