"The location is excellent, outside areas a bit scruffy, but public inside areas all clean and very good. The place was let down by the bathroom which had mould on the bath sealant and the extractor fan did not work. The bed was very comfortable and we would have slept well if the next door room had not returned at 0100 and played music for an hour. Mainly a good stay considering the price we paid very good value for money and a good breakfast set up."
