The location is perfect - only a few minutes walk into Appleby town centre. Anbe was the most obliging host; warm and welcoming with everything well organised. She even booked us a table at a local pub for our evening meal. The room was spacious and clean with well stocked refreshments. The bed was very comfortable with crisp white linen. Breakfast was superb and there was a wide selection of high quality foods and drinks; nothing was too much trouble. Hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast was very tasty, thank you for the veggie sausages, they were delicious!
