BEAUTIFUL & IMMACULATE
Immaculately clean in both bedrooms and public areas. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Only a couple of things to point out; there was no iron available nor ironing room. We were only informed after we had booked and paid in full that the spa was closed for the duration of our stay due to COVID-19 restrictions. Upon checkin we were given a standard room having booked a deluxe. I recommend paying the bit extra for deluxe as we had a much bigger, brighter more modern room with pool view. Note that there is a charge for the beach and parking. It was great to have a late checkout until 6pm albeit at a cost of 50€ but we’ll worth it. We will be returning :)

Very nice hotel but the bed was rock hard The worst were the sheets. So rough and like sand paper Towels were old and thin Staff were lovely No umbrellas around the pool so Impossible for us to lay by the pool Breakfast was lovely Had to get key from reception to use the toilet We won’t go back

Very friendly staff, relaxing spa, wide selection of breakfast and free bicycles to stroll around Riccione. Would go back.

Nice location on the boardwalk.
Front desk and bar staff friendly. Room a little small and grit on the floor. Towels small and thin. Spa staff not friendly and massage services were not good.

Tutto fantastico, tranne la vista dalla camera che dava sulla costruzione nuova, la quale non era stata descritta nell'offerta. Peccato, perché se avessi saputo avrei potuto cambiare camera!

Eccellente la SpA ed il personale ed anche la zona piscina. Camera dotata di tutti i confort ma un po' piccola. Da migliorare il servizio spiaggia, non riservato ai clienti dell'hotel ma convenzionato dove pero non abbiamo trovato posti liberi e ci siamo dovuti rivolgere ad uno stabilimento a fianco

Das hotel hat super Lage, direkt am Meer, eigene Strand und super schöne Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal und super Dienstleistung. Zimmer mit Klima. Was will man noch mehr. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und wir werden aufjedenfall nochmals kommen! 😊

Esperienza positiva.Ci tornero' sicuramente.La pulizia e la cura dell'hotel mi hanno fatto davvero piacere.Purtroppo per il periodo covid si hanno delle restrizioni come il numero di ristretto di lettini posizionabili in piscina.Ma questo deve far piacere a noi perche' e' per la nostra sicurezza.Unica nota dolente e' la colazione.Non di livello sufficente per qualita' del resto del servizio offerto.

Una delusione... peccato
Sono stato recentemente in questa bella struttura moderna. Inizio con le cose positive: bene la pulizia in camere e bagno; bella e ottima la posizione dell’ hotel a 2 passi dal centro e fronte mare ; tutto lo staff gentile e cortese; colazione ampia scelta di dolce e salato; ottima la piscina all’aperto con diversi idromassaggi. Ora passiamo alle cose negative: un solo ascensore per un hotel a 4 stelle superior non esiste ( pessimo); parcheggio privato gratuito piccolo e mal gestito... in quanto chi arriva primo parcheggia e se poi uno deve uscire? Cosa si fa? Si tengono le chiavi di tutte le auto per spostare... nel 2020 non esiste, specialmente per un hotel a 4 stelle superior ; il centro benessere non pervenuto (in quanto era di Covid 19) l’hotel non può esercitare tutti i servizi, quindi non ha nessuna colpa e non posso giudicare. Le camere (confort) piccole ma ampio balcone! Avevo letto che in dotazione per ogni stanza c’era accappatoio e ciabatte ( è obbligatorio per il centro SPA), ma nella nostra non c’era niente! Quindi peccato sono rimasto deluso. Non so se ci ritornerò.

Struttura e staff eccellente. L’unica pecca è il cappuccino che viene preparato con macchina automatica e non con macchina a braccio.

Alles Top auf dem neuesten Stand. Armaturen ganz neu - und funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers schön aber etwas spartanisch. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, wir würden beim nächsten Mal ein Superiore wählen. Was uns fehlte: Pantoffeln und - wie meistens im Hotel - ein Ganzkörper-Spiegel !!! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr fein und hatte eine grosse Auswahl. Alles in Allem werden wir dieses Hotel mit Freude weiterempfehlen. Bravo !!!
