"My Mum was gifted a spa day for two for her birthday so I decided to book a stay also. So glad I did ...loved this hotel. Upgrade on the room, fantastic and beautiful bar area and staff were fab. If I had to offer a slight area to improve...the pool was a tad cool for a spa pool. The hotel was a great location to bars and resturants. Thank you for a lovrly stay ."

"We loved our recent stay here while attending an event in Anfield. The hotel it’s ideally situated for stay in the city, convenient to Liverpool One and the docks. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfy. One small complaint but not major was The window in our room didn’t open, and the air con was weak enough in the room. I did "
