Danny and Helen are extremely welcoming, nothing is too much trouble (even helped to fix my car) ((be careful reversing in and out of drive, can be quite tight)). "Positive: location, the peaceful feeling of a country house, the view on the fields and horses, cozy apartment. Room for improvement: all 3 mattresses were sagging/broken, we all basically slept on springs. The radiator of the 2 single beds room was so noisy we had to turn it off. Wifi very weak but I guess it does not depend on the owners."

"Fabulous cottage in the peace and quiet of the hills. Cottage was very large and spacious, very very well equipped which is unusual. Great space for families or group of friends. Hot tub was used a lot and a variety of games available. Go prepared with the essentials, it’s a drive to the local shop but we loved the remoteness of this cottage.I would definitely go back again maybe in winter to make benefit of the huge open fireplaces.Thanks for a fab stay 😃"

"Great location. Quiet area. Good value for money. Ideal size for a couple. Pet friendly. Perfect base for hiking as only a short drive to popular peaks. Parking tricky due to narrow street, limited spaces. Kitchen basically a conservatory, so most of the day time difficult to spent time in due to heat (late June). Would be very cosy in winter, autumn or early spring. "
