The front desk appears to have someone there 24/7, we saw someone there when we left/arrived after aurora hunting at 1am and 2am, and they always asked how it went, but you can enter with your code at any time. I specifically wanted a kitchenette because I have picky eaters and wanted to be able to make food for them. Our room had a fridge and a stovetop, which suited our needs perfectly. Despite the amazing location, this was not the most expensive hotel meeting our needs. It was also a perfect location for tour pickups, which was incredibly convenient. I would absolutely stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend it to friends traveling to the area.
