"One of the best hotels in Reykjavik. Weve been to many and this one is in a great location, had balcony rooms to see.the northern lights (yes you can see them great from the rooms) , great breakfast, free parking, and helpful staff. Joanaa specifically gave us her agenda and saved our trip. We do spontaneous trips and came without an itinerary. Using hers made our trip 1000 times better and we even came back months later, stayed in the hotel again and were able to thank her. Out of all the berjayas in Iceland, this is the best. 2nd would be in Hofn. We did not like the berjaya in Akureyri as the restaurant wasnunder construction and the rooms felt like a old classroom turned hotel "
