"It was our first time to Xalapa and booking here definitely was the right choice.
Clean room, great staff, big breakfast variety.
Only downside was our outlet in the bathroom had water damage, this didn’t affect our stay at all though.
Definitely would book here again when re-visiting! "

"Opino esto por que simplemente no me abrieron, el camino para llegar estaba en reparación y golpee mi carro y del otro lado donde pude llegar solitario y muy estrecho. En pocas palabras pagué 2 días de alojamiento y no me quedé por qué no pude entrar y viajé 3 horas que al final opté por regresar a mi destino ya que fui solo a su fiesta patronal… pase la peor experiencia en tantos a ños que tengo viajando a conocer pueblos mágicos. Reservé y pagué y simplemente no me abrieron…. "

"This property was just OK, location very good near downtown. They are currently remodeling, so assuming things will improve but there are lots of things that need improvement: no lamps, hand towels and wash cloths were only provided occasionally, no coffee, breakfast options. Hoping it improves."
