The gentleman at the front desk is courteous, polite, and helpful. The check-in process is smooth. Rooms are cosy and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Reutlingen.

Aménagement de la chambre à revoir
L'accueil était très bien, la chambre confortable. Cependant elle est très mal aménagée : il y a un grand écran qui empiète sur le passage entre la chambre et la salle de bain. Nous nous sommes cognés plusieurs fois à l'écran. La porte de la douche est mal fixée, elle est tombée. Je me suis fait mal à la main en la remettant.

Ein extrem schönes Dormero-Hotel. Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sehr nettes Personal. Da kann sich das Nachbarhaus in Villingen-Schwenningen mal ne Scheibe abschneiden.

Positiv: bequemes Bett, zentral, sauber, netter Empfang, Netflix, Zugang zu Kaffee/Tee rund um die Uhr Eher negativ: Frühstück war enttäuschend. Zwar große Auswahl, aber teilweise eher lieblos präsentiert. Brötchen (sonntags) lätschig (wahrscheinlich vom Vortag, könnte man nochmal neu aufbacken), Speck nicht knusprig, Rührei eher trocken, Multivitaminsaft enthielt Kohlensäure (verdünnt? Gasbildung?), Pancakes gut

Globalement l'Hôtel est bien, mais pour notre seconde réservation nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et personne à l'accueil, l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas alors que nous étions au 3ème étage, de plus le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas non plus.

Von außen sieht das Hotel unspektakulär aus. Mein Zimmer war jedoch außergewöhnlich modern mit einem tollen Boxspringbett. Die Minibar war inklusive. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Literie exceptionnelle. Nous avons super bien dormi sur un matelas d’une épaisseur incroyable. Petite sdb pratique et propre. Nous sommes arrivés après la fermeture de la réception mais tout avait été préparé pour que nous puissions récupérer les cartes d’accès aux chambres

Sehr angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt
Hotel war scheinbar sehr gut ausgebucht, deswegen gab es ein kostenloses Upgrade aufs Deluxe-Zimmer. Das war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und sonst auch in sehr gutem Zustand, das gebuchte Standardzimmer können wir aber nicht bewerten. Einziger Kritikpunkt waren die uns etwas zu harten Matratzen. Check-In und Check-Out (Quick-Check-Out mit Karte in Box werfen) liefen reibungslos, gerne wieder.
