We loved the villa, it was very homely and the two cats were an added bonus. We sat out on the balcony a lot to enjoy the views and made good use of the pool. You definitely need a car here which was fine for us. It was only a 5 minute drive to get croissants in the morning! "

"Short walks into the old town and to the Matisse chapel. Parking was easy. I had a good meal across the street but I could have tried any of a dozen reputable restaurants within a mile. The double room had a great view and private bath. No tv or radio but wi-fi was strong. "

"This hotel is beautiful; however, the staff ruined the stay for us. I’m not sure if it were due to the color of our skin or they were just unhappy to have us but we felt uncomfortable being there. It is disappointing because I had stayed before and was raving about the beautiful hotel to my family and brought my parents and 3 other families with me but ended up being a disappointment. The restaurant staff were lovely but the management and front staff were not friendly. "
