The villa Zen is a property of 260m2 for 12 people composed of a Beautiful and comfortable villa with 5 bedrooms for 10 people anf of an apartment loft for 2 people The property offer stunning views over the sea and the mountains . It is located at the foot of a mountain with many hiking departures and departures climbing (600 channels) . Calm guaranteed in the neighborhood where the villa is located because at the end of a dead end road at the end of the old medieval village . In the south, the view is facing the sea and north to the mountain, the Baou . To the west the view is oriented mountain and wild valley of the Cagnes , east the view is of trees. The villa has 2 upstairs bedrooms : \_ a blue master bedroom ( blue bedroom) 16 m2 equiped either with king size bed or with 2 single beds There is a private terace , you see the sea from the bed, equiped with air conditioning \_a white bedroom with 1 king size bed 12m2, equiped with air conditioning The villa has 3 bedrooms downstairs: \_The big rose one with king size bed ,16 m2 ,with access to the terrace, equiped with air conditioning \_the ivory bedroom with either 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 15m2, equiped with air conditioning. \_the white bedroom with view over the sea equiped either with 2 single bed or one big bed , 10m2, no air conditioning but a big ventilator There is a bathroom ( tube)and one toilet downstairs and a shower room with one toilet upstairs. The apartment of 60m2 is equiped with a queen size bed, it is not air conditioned but there is 2 big roof ventilators The villa has a large terrace of 200m2 with panoramic view at 360 ° where children can play under the watchful eye of parents. The pool area is located on a dedicated , closed area and closed keys. Overlooking the pool area from the big terrace The pool is 5x10m ,a 70m2 solarium has 9 sunbeds and outside armchairs and sofa, the terrace is partly shaded by a large tree close to the pool with an adjacent 250m2 flat lawn where children can play . There is a 2nd garden next to the large terrace , wilder and more ornate with a campaign mind. The impressive and varied views make a very zen and relaxing atmosphere. 5 mins walk to a beautiful quiet hilltop village with all amenities (butcher , bakery, grocery store (wine, cheese, fruits, vegetables from the village), 3 restaurants with correct prices, 2 bars , pharmacy, doctor).You can buy your bread, croissants every morning. There are 4 walks begining near the villa where you can walk during 1 to 4 hours.You can either join the river 'The Cagnes'or the mountains Baou de St Jeannet or Baou de la Gaude, you can also joign an oldTemplar farm. In the region , cycling and golf are very appreciated. Zen Villa is at 1 hour from ski slopes ( Gréolières les Neiges ) and 20 minutes from the beaches . You can also practice clumbing, via ferrata, canyoning,rafting because there is sport's club in the village 'les lézards des Baous). Near \_ at 10mn by car, Vence with its historical center and music festival 'Les nuits du Sud' in July and August, museums , 100 restaurants, markets , a big bus station that permit to you to go every where :Nice, Monaco, Cannes, Cagnes sur mer, Antibes, Juan les Pins \_at 15 minutes St Paul de Vence with its gourmet restaurants, the Maeght Foundation , the fabulous historical old town. \_at 25 mn, several old beautiful provencal vilages \_you are at 1 hour away from the ski resort of Greolieres les Neiges and 25 minutes away from the beaches. We had a wonderful week in this villa, a group of 10 (adults, teens & children). There was plenty of room in the house for everyone. The outdoor space & pool are superb. The views from the large terrace and bedroom balconies are absolutely stunning. Saint Jeannet is a charming little village which is a few minutes walk away. We didn’t have a car so used the reliable bus service from the village and taxis to do day-trips also. Dominique is a great host, very helpful and informative. The scenery is breathtaking with the sea as background. Dominique, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful even though we arrived earlier than agreed. He answered all our mail questions promptly the weeks before our arrival. Families with small children will appreciate the gate to the poolarea, which can be locked. Guests arriving in cars should know that the streets in the village are narrow and that the entrance to the house is steep. This you will get used to. The view over the Mediterranean and the mountains is fantastic, and the facilities are very good, including a large terrace, a nice pool and a garden. The villa is beautiful, well equipped and comfortably accommodated three families with kids. The views from the large decks are breathtaking and we were able to eat outside every day during our vacation. The pool area is fenced off which was a must for our younger children. Bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance, and the area has excellent hiking trails. It was a pleasure to deal with Dominique and we would gladly stay here when we next return to this area. ##### Soren M. The owner is kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. He keeps the Villa and garden in very good condition and you can feel that the place is special to him. Belle et grande piscine non chauffée ( un peu frisquette pour les enf cependant avec une eau a 22 degré :-)Nous reviendrons aussi pour refaire de belles randonnées au depatt de la villa et découvrir les jolis villages des environs. ##### fanny M.
