"we have had a great stay at Penny's villa. Very relaxing and comfortable. Great pool and balcony terrace view add to the overall feel. you need to be aware of quite some steps up to the villa so pls count with that; also at beg. we have trouble with parking as our car is just to big ( long ) AQ7 and could not fit into Penny's garage and street parking was making some neighroughr very " french nervous " so pls make sure that Penny figures out for you the best way to park. we highly recommend...

here - restaurant was ideal, swimming pool lovely, staff were really friendly and helpful, rooms were very comfortable and location was perfect for visiting the Fragonard perfume factory and joining a workshop. We walked down the hill there in just under 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Our host (owners of the house) were very friendly. The property is located at the hill side with an amazing view to the surroundings and the Mediterrian sea in the distance. To get to the house, be prepared and follow the owners' description, otherwise your GPS will trick you and lead to unbelievable routes. Grasse is in a 5 minutes drive, which is a hidden gem. Also do not miss Gourdon. Taking the train from Grasse to Cote d' Azure is a nice and relaxing choice. Thanks for everything!"

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "
