"The space was very small, which we knew when we booked it, but the orientation of the room was different than the picture. Overall it was difficult to spend any time in the room besides sleeping. The bathroom is also small and the shower floods. There is also a bad smell that comes from the bathroom. The communication was clear, but overall a disappointing visit due to the lack/use of space and freshness."

"This apartment was very spacious and clean and looked just like the listing images. The location was close to the Santa Croce as described and felt safe. It was easy to access and the check-in process was easy. One small thing is that there is a washer but no dryer, so if you plan on doing your laundry, be prepared to let your clothes air dry for a day or so. Overall, my friends and I really enjoyed our visit here!"

Driving and parking is a struggle in that area but the hotel staff provided a convenient work-around that made things much easier. In this and many other things the staff were very helpful. "
