Perfect canal side position. Tea/coffee facility in lovely common room. You feel a link to its history as Seaman’s Hostel. Rooms are small but sufficient. If you are sensitive to street noise (not cars or music, but people talking in street and happy voices from cafes across canal)maybe don’t ask for a canal view room. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Not clean on the inward facing rooms, too dark. Excellent hotel, great breakfast too. Greg

Beautiful, clean room, seriously comfy bed with great duvet, pillows & linen. Nice views, quiet, good internet, lovely common spaces. Nice breakfast in restaurant. Helpful staff and a really warm welcome. Would definitely stay again :)

Our stay here was perfect, the hotel is very conveniently placed for metro, train and bus routes around all of Copenhagen. The staff were helpful, check in was very quick and the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable! We got the railway sleeper 160, right beside the tracks coming into Østerport station, which was great for watching many trains. Even though we were beside the tracks and heard trains we slept like babies, but there were also earplugs in the rooms should they be...

We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The room did get very warm (even with the radiators offf in December) but the windows opened, so we could cool it easily. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of fresh and healthy food. We enjoyed cosy hour between 5 - 6pm, where the hotel provides a complimentary wine/beer/non alcoholic drink in the bar/lounge area. We would happily stay here again.

Nice hotel, lots of amenities in the room, very comfy bed, helpful staff, great location. Well worth the stay.

Reasonably priced with all facilities for us three adults. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and gave the freedom to eat in when you wished with lots of room, a bonus as Denmark is expensive for eating out. A local supermarket and Bistro are a few doors away as well as the hotel. Direct train to the airport from Osterport, 10 minutes walk away, or a direct bus to the centre. We walked each day to the city centre, a charming 30 minutes, and the Little Mermaid and Citadel on the way. ...

Great hotel in a great location.

This hotel was truly wonderful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was so comfortable and the shower was amazing (Like a spa, with powerful hot water). The robe was super soft and fleecy rather than the usual rough toweling. We did not try the breakfast or bar, but the areas looked delightful. I will definitely return to find out more on my next trip to Copenhagen. I don't want to stay anywhere else now 😊

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself is very clean and extremely conveniently located. The room I had was huge and had a wonderful bathroom. In the morning it was a little noisy due to its proximity to the reception and lifts as people came down to have breakfast and check out but this is a real non-issue, all things considered.

Stunning hotel. Perfectly situated near canals and a short walk into the old town. Lovely room. Hotel is stylishly designed throughout. Great reception area to sit in. The restaurant served really good food. Great breakfasts. Nice bar. And every member of staff was so helpful and pleasant. I've been lucky enough to stay in many of the world's nicest hotels over the years. This is right up there with the best.

Clean room and great location next to the metro

Great value hotel by the beach and the metro line. In my opinion this is one of the best areas to stay in Copenhagen offering easy access to both the city and the airport. It a mostly residential area but many amenities including restaurants and bars within walking distance I would definitely stay here again.

Great atmosphere, warm and friendly staff, stylish and colourful interior design, excellent food and drinks…we loved our stay at the hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was amazing:- spacious, well equipped, full of character and great views of the canal. A great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Loved the location- a pretty canal side street that’s a short walk to many of the sights and metro station. The social meal in the evening was a highlight and very reasonable price...

Brilliant accommodation and a really good breakfast.The bed was very comfy and the metro station was only a very short walk from the hotel.
