"2 day stay in the forge cottage as a family of four. Check in was quick and easy and the lady on reception was very friendly and let us check out later on the Sunday which really helped as we had an 8 month old that needed a nap around check out time! Property is really big and spacious and some lovely original features. The sofas were brand new and the beds were comfortable (although the king size was on the hard side but that's just personal preference) the jacuzzi bath was amazing. No welcome...

"A lovely little place, very clean and comfortable, in beautiful surroundings. Easy access to York, Hull and the North Sea coastline. Lots of wildlife right on the doorstep and a hot tub to soak in."

"We’ve had a lovely week at Leedale cottage. We have two young children so the location was perfect for us. A 30-40 minute drive to lots of child friendly places. Food shops are a short drive away but you can stop off and get what you need on your travels if you plan ahead. The cottage was perfect for what we needed and Joanne was really helpful and welcoming. It’s well equipped and comfortable."
