Housekeeping was awful
We checked in and the front desk lady was amazing. It was New Year’s Eve and she Gabe us all the details on where we could go to celebrate as well as suggestions for nearby food. We go to our room and there was left over food from the people before in the fridge. I had booked the king size suite for 2 adults and 2 kids, but there were only 2 towels, no sheets at all for the pull out couch, no laundry bag to put wet swimsuites in. It was like housekeeping did the bare minimum so they could get out and celebrate. The leftover food in the fridge was really nasty because it made me wonder what other shortcuts they took to get in and out of the room. The lady at the front counter was very accommodating, getting us towels, sheets, and pillows for the pullout, and she’s the only reason i even gave three stars. The breakfast is poor at best. 2 types of cereals, bread and bagels, tater tots and what appeared to be some sort of breakfast burrito possibly. I think on a better day, this would have been a very comfortable stay, but housekeeping ruined it.

I am so sorry that happened. I am embarrassed this took place during your visit. We love seeing our guests leave happy!
