The only complaint was we wanted to extend our stay. One clerk told us she took care of it however the next morning we found out she didn’t. So they wanted us to go to another room with only one bed and price was higher.

Staff are happy and it shows in their work habits. The pool, slide, hot tub were highly utilized and there were lots of children. The facility is clean and the breakfast area highly used with enough staff keeping it stocked for the guests. We requested a room away from the elevator and stairs. The facility was quiet for sleeping. Our toilet n toilet needed to be fixed as it would not stop running, I reported the problem but it was as not fixed: we just shut off the water. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great, this is the second time I've stayed there. The bummer was that the waterslide was out of order. I was bringing a team of kids and this was the #1 reason we chose this hotel. They still had fun in the pool, but I wish I knew that the slide was out of order (it appeared that it had been that way quite some time).
