"Good although my communications to the hotel were never answered so I was unable to book swimming in the evening for the family. Children were disappointed. Apart from that amazing."

"Loved this hotel super vibey with all the plants and low lighting in the lobby. Room was huge and so nicely styled, bed super comfy and the hotel was super quiet. Would stay again in a heart beat"

"Wonderful stay! I recently stayed for 2 nights with my daughter and as soon as we arrived we were greeted by such welcoming staff, who were so helpful. I was grateful to be able to check in to our room early. The room was superbly clean and modern. Our room was cleaned in the morning with fresh towels. The breakfast was all we needed to start the day with all inclusive full English breakfast options, continental and mini pastries. This is a brilliant location too for getting around London. Most of all, I felt very safe and looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Very well located right on the banks of the Thames. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice but very busy at times. I didn't like that the bed which was advertised as "queen size" was actually smaller than king size. I got an "accessible" room which I did not request which means that the shower/ wetrokm had just a plastic flappy curtain, the wi-fi didn't work and the reception lady was bossy for no reason."
