The first room I stayed at had a connecting door to the adjacent room. The issue was that there was a one inch gap between the bottom of the door and floor. Through this hap entered light but more impactfully, noise from the next room. I was unable to sleep for half the night as I listened to my neighbor’s television

Rooms are very clean and All staff is extremely polite and accommodating. Had the best night sleep in ten years, king size bed was very comfortable. This building is over 500 years old and well maintained. Felt very safe walking the streets at 11:00 at night. I would definitely return.

We took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out stores, and have local Mezcal drinks. It was great. One recommendation is to add shampoo and other bath items holder to the shower, as the one there is too small.

Gorgeous hotel at a great location .
Excellent location to walk to all the sites. It is in front of a main square with church bells ringing and lots of singing so be prepared and ask for a room on the main level or in the back. Hotel is like the pictures; huge clean, comfortable and modernized rooms, shower pressure was great but the sink faucet was very low. We noticed other rooms with a Kleenex box, coffee maker and extra toiletries which we were lacking so I just took them lol. The front desk men were exacting what was described in previous reviews; indifferent and total unfriendly. A hello, good day, etc would’ve been nice.

Very welcoming! Near downtown cites and good restaurants. Walls could use a bit of fresh paint. Coffee pot in the room and a good hairdryer would be great addition. Overall, comfy place to rest your head.

Staff service was terrible. This was like staying in a motel run by unaccountable and entitled 20-somethings. Air conditioning did not work so they moved us to a smaller room and gave us a fan. There were someone else’s hairs on the sheets and pillows. We had to ask for a coffeemaker. Housekeeping consisted of making the bed and emptying the trash. No amenities and no type of food/drinks (not even a vending machine). Mind you, we had to deal with this after paying for a master suite, the price for which they were unwilling to reduce for our inconvenience and the smaller room. Do not stay here.

The boutique does NOT look like the pictures. Maintenance needed. Walls have stains. Air conditioner does not work well. Also, when we arrive, nobody was at the counter. We had to wait five minutes to check in. The employee that checked us in was dressed in a t-shirt, had messy hair, and a non caring attitude. The boutique owner needs to pay their employees more so they can step up to the job and care about their work. Positive: comfortable bed.

Spacious room in Colonial small hotel with AC and television that is walkable to all areas of Centro. I got a great rate. No elevator so you need to climb steps.

Nice old hacienda type hotel basic no hot water but what do you expect for $30… great location very comfortable bed. Iffy internet..

Great location!! Including small private hospital!
Great location, beautiful! Close by has everything you need m, inclusive a small private hospital that you can go if you are sick, to do the Covid test, etc. it’s called Hospital Santa Rosa de Viterbo. My son,s girlfriend got sick and I took her there and great attention! I can claim back but this was a ok i needed to find after walking around so I think this is an important information!!

Very centrally located hotel in a walking distance of all of the Queretaro center. It does not provide any services besides the clean rooms with nice beds. The junior suite #205 is superb – spacious, with windows giving a great view of the city and its crowd. The internet was intermittent. Their parking is at a garage nearby – you need to stop by the hotel, get a ticket from them, and then go around a block to the garage. The parking cost is MXN 120 for 24 hours.

This is the place to stay in Queretaro
This is a wonderful place with an amazing location. Charming, comfy, clean, terrific service. I would recommend this lovely hotel to anyone. I actually extended my stay two nights because I hated to leave! I was there for nearly a week, and miss it like crazy!

The location of the property is amazing! Our room was HUGE the size of 2 typical hotel rooms if not larger. We had a view to the church and we loved it. The only downside is that there is no parking, there is a parking lot almost right in front of the hotel but it is independent from the hotel and you do have to pay.
