"Beautiful lake view from our apartment and it is well equipped. We stayed there twice on this trip and the dishwasher did not work in our first apartment. It also took time to work out how to operate the gas fireplace in the second apartment but the staff was very helpful and prompt. Would stay here again!"

"The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The fridge broke on day two and our food was spoiled but fridge was replaced. The TV remote controls did not work. There was coffee but no milk. Not enough hangers for clothes enough for a week’s stay. The room did not have lake views as we requested on booking."
