Situated over three levels. The top level is all about entertaining with an open plan kitchen, dining, living and outdoor balcony with BBQ to enjoy the amazing lake and mountain views. The second level is your serenity space where you will find 4 perfectly appointed bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Of the 4 bedrooms, 3 of the bedrooms are super king with 1 room able to be converted into 2 beds. The 4th bedroom is smaller with a Queen Size Bed, but a large walk-in wardrobe. The third level contains a double-car secure garage and full laundry plus a storage room. Downtown Queenstown is a 10 minute walk where you will find a vast array of Bars and Restaurants.
