A beautifully presented 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house within a 5 min walk to downtown Queenstown. The Historic Stone House was built in 1874 for the Mayor of Queenstown, Thomas Betts. Beautifully preserved, this heritage building features three boutique apartments that can be rented separately or all together and are just a short two-minute walk from the centre of Queenstown. Stunning Queenstown alpine views, and a hot tub in the garden, this landmark historic house combines old world charm and traditional 1870s architecture with the 21st century comforts you would expect to find in quality accommodation. The main house has been split into 2 apartments. \- Apartment 2 sleeps 4 people and is fully self-contained with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchenette and dining plus living area. The Historic Stonehouse is located is a residential area a stones throw from downtown. Walk to all the local attractions that Queenstown has to offer - restaurants, bars, and tourism activities and transport. There is off street parking for up to 1 cars onsite, however the house is very close to downtown so a vehicle is not required to enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer. Extra Services \- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability please inquire 48 hours prior to your arrival. \- Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Contact us and we can organize this for you.
