Pros: The facilities are great, and there are plenty of fun activities for my child to enjoy! The staff are generally friendly. Cons: The toilet seat in the washroom needs to be fixed—it can’t be pushed up and stay against the back. The food at the restaurant is okay, but not particularly impressive.

Amazing hotel for a super reasonable price right at the start of the best areas of Quebec. Parking on site. Staff is very courteous and responsive. Facilities are very good, elegant and well kept. On site restaurant for breakfast was awesome (and reasonable). Swimming pool and hot tub were a treat for the kids. Only issue was the smell of chlorine since our room faced the garden/pool area. Love music on Saturday night was very cool from our balcony but kinda loud right at the pool. If I visit QC again, I am staying here.
