We had some trouble with the check in process, primarily because there was no staff on site and everything was done electronically. We received the check-in info the night before our departure on our trip and we were on the road the next day. We had difficulty paying for the parking en route. I would recommend settling the parking payment in advance.
We stayed for 7 nights and were in the Grand Studio, which was clean and spacious. However the placement of the furniture is not practical for long-term stays - the TV is in an awkward place relative to the sofa, and the queen bed practically filled the niche it is in making it awkward for two people to use properly. The staff were attentive to any issues we had. The wi-fi worked well.

"Thd room was clean and comfortable. Check in was OK but had to do self check in. No parking at the hotel and were directed to another lot 7mibx walk away. It was find but if the weather had been bad I definitely would not have liked carrying luggage thru the streets. Had dinner at the revolving restaurant ..."
