The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast is excellent. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. During this visit, the staff did something very thoughtful and personal for my wife that made her stay truly unforgettable. I’ll keep the details private, but their kindness and attention to detail meant the world to us. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hoi An Central Hotel. It easily earns my highest recommendation, and when I return to Hoi An, this will once again be my hotel of choice. Kind regards, Charlie"
