"I don’t even know where to start, but from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Bella, who was so kind and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The front desk team was always helpful and attentive, and the room was absolutely beautiful over looking Hoi An village and the river. The hotel was spotless clean and all the common area was beautifully decorated. A peaceful atmosphere made us feel far removed from the hustle and bustle of busy area though it's still walking distance to the old town. We arrived in the evening and hotel staff arranged a boat for us which took us directly from the near pier from the hotel to the Hoi An village. The boat ride was very enjoyable with serene night view along side the river. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of varieties with kind and attentive service, greeted with warm and friendly smiles. After breakfast, my mother and I decided to walk to the Hoi An village. When I came back from the walk, Bella and the hotel staff surprised me with a birthday cake! I was so touched and it became such a memorable birthday trip for me. Cozy An hotel was the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this hotel is by far the most memorable hotel I’ve ever stayed! I thought they were too humble to consider their hotel as 3.5 star because what I experienced was far beyond that. I am so happy to see now it became a 4 star hotel :) Congratulations and I will definitely come back!"
