Hôtel haut de gamme

Pros: Quasiment tout.
Cons: Le manque d'information lors de l'accueil des nouveaux arrivants, surtout lors d'une arrivée en fin de journée à la nuit tombée.
Location: L'hôtel est situé à quelques centaines de mètres du village de Bayahibe, mais rien à voir à part des boutiques de souvenirs et agences touristiques.
L'Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus mérite bien ses 5 étoiles. Idéalement situé à proximité de la plage, les installations sont dispersées au sein de jardins et de pièces d'eau superbes. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien entretenues, même si on voit que cet hôtel n'est pas récent. Le wifi gratuit fonctionne partout dans les parties communes et les chambres. Les nombreux restaurants proposent une nourriture de qualité et d'une variété exceptionnelle. Les équipements (piscines, espace spa/hamman, salle de fitness, club de voile, etc...) et les nombreuses activités proposées dans la journée par les équipes d'animation permettent de satisfaire tous les publics. Chaque soir un spectacle de bonne facture est proposé pour ceux que cela intéresse, pour les autres le bar avec des musiciens ou chanteurs en live devrait les satisfaire. Avec tout cet ensemble il est possible de passer plusieurs semaines de détente complète sans quitter ce lieu paradisiaque, ce qui est une chance car à proximité il y a peu de choses à faire ou à voir. L'hôtel propose de nombreuses excursions pour ceux qui ont envie de découvrir le pays.

Bel l'hotel sulla spiaggia e immerso in un parco

Pros: Il parco e la vicinanza alla spiaggia
Cons: Rifatti gli arredi che risentono dell'età e migliorato il cibo
Location: Posizione bellissima rispetto il mare ma con nulla fuori dal "recinto"
Bella location, struttura un po vecchiotta, anche nell'arredo, circondata da un giardino. bellissimo e tenuto molto bene. I pasti, sempre self service, salvo qualche possibilità contingentata di usufruire di ristoranti all'interno, dopo un po stufano, poiché presentano quasi sempre le stesse cose ed anche il sistema self service non soddisfa le aspettative per quel tipo di resort

Private beach with soft sand and bar, beautiful pool with swim up bar, and the most friendly staff. The food options were delicious between a stacked buffet, a Japanese restaurant, Mexican restaurant, steakhouse, and fancy French restaurant, plus all inclusive room service. About an hour drive from Punta Cana, but the scenery along the way makes up for that. Highly recommend!

Great all-inclusive tropical hotel.

Pros: Everything, close to beach, diving center, 5 restaurants, pools, theater,
Cons: 1. Mosquitoes - room fumigation every week is not enough. The whole area (in and out) need to be fumigated 2. I-net almost unavailable in the room
Location: Casino Club and Bar - Kviar
I like everything about the hotel. Entertainment - theater shows for adults and kids. A few bars a few restaurants and a pool, diving center, great beach. The staff was the greatest of all - very nice and friendly and always ready to walk an extra-mile for you. My greatest experience was when two days before the end of the vacation I asked the guest services to find me a driver to take me with the rental car I had, to the airport and drop me (and the car) there. After a couple of phone calls the (very nice girl) said: "Sir, I'm sorry, I can't find anyone. You can drive, right?". Then I shared the bad experience I had a couple of days ago - I went to La Romana (town, 30 km from the hotel) and while I was walking down the street, some guy pulled my phone out of my hands and ran away. My credit cards and driver's license were in the case, so I didn't have driver's license and I didn't have navigation (the phone). Then the girl said: "Sir, give me your room number and I will contact you in an hour!". After fifteen minutes, she found me in the lobby and introduced me to a guy (who was part of the hotel staff) and explained me that he's going to be my driver. And this - for FREE. This was really GREAT! Needless to say I tipped the girl and (especially) the driver, handsomely, although the girl explicitly explained, that I didn't have to do it, because it was their obligation. Well ... I don't think it was. Not at all ...

Nice hotel, beautiful territory, good food

We stayed at building 6, that was our second time at this hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything is in good condition but not brand new. Food is good and the choice is pretty decent but local vines are terrible. Beach is great, clean and have enough shade, water is clean and shallow. The lighthouse bar at the beach is always too crowded and the staff there is less nicer than in other bars, could do better. Kids club is available, my kids 3 and 6 y/o spent there 3 hours and didn't get bored. Pool is good however we prefer ocean so can't say much about the pool. Overall everything was good, I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful beach and water

Pros: The beach and water was best I have ever experienced, I have been to Mexico, Jamaica, Aruba, The water was warm, calm and clear

This iberostar is supposed to be a premium resort. I have been to many all inclusives including Iberostar Rose Hall Suites 3 times. That is a premium resort! At the buffets, the cold cuts and cheeses all coagulated making it very un appealing if not unsafe. The "Goumet Restaurant had the most awful service I have experienced. Not only do they make a big deal of giving out a reservation to this, they said they had lobster on menu. They do, but as a cold fruity appetizer. We were a party of five women and the staff , did not pull out chairs, place napkins, rolled eyes when we had to ask for more water, etc. They never brought out one appetizer and argued that it was because you can only have soup or appetizer! Never experienced this at all inclusive and was never told when ordering We skipped dessert and went to buffet for dessert. We tried the Mexican, which was pretty good, and the steakhouse, just ok but both had very good service. The frozen drinks at all bars were bad, very watery. A strawberry daquari has no strawberry in it! By far the worst drinks I've had at any all inclusive. The best meat and most fun was the Paella party for lunch, finally got the lobster! The rooms were small and the bathroom small and in need of revovation, the toilet handle broke the last day and the faucet was ancient. On the positive side, The Star Players were very good, friendly ad work very hard

Location: Great location. Dive center inside the hotel makes a huge difference for me.
Love the hotel! For sure we will be back, maybe next year. We stayed at Viva and Catalonia before, but Ibero is better then those two. Food is great. Service the best. Thumbs up for Jacob of guest service and Vicmar of front desk. We just wish we have a room closer to the pool. We invited 7 friends to go with us and they loved also!
