"Outside of the hotel doesn’t look that promising but inside it was immaculately clean & I loved my room on the eleventh floor with panoramic view of the city (prettier at night!). Kettle, fridge, iron & toiletries provided. Gym was small but more than adequate. Pool was lovely although sadly the sun didn’t shine. Mall next door was an added bonus. "The hotel is nice. Very basic but not too far from Safari Dharma Raya bus stop. Otherwise the area around is not very good.There is a local market 5-10 minutes walk and was interesting to see. "

Drinks at the bar were good, breakfast offered a good selection and all staff were super friendly + helpful - Raja and Fernando in particular in the bar, and Ferry as part of the concierge team all very easy to talk to and offered help throughout our stay.
