Amazing stay
I had an amazing stay at Shangri-la jakarta. Everything is as I expected and more from a Shangri-la hotel. Love the friendliness of the staff, view from the room was amazing, love the breakfast at satoo restaurant! Top notch! All facilities are impeccable and felt luxurious.

Extremely dissapointed
We were extremely dissapointed for the service and cleanliness of the room. We request for kids package, and the potty they provide was not clean, the seal of shampoo and soap was broken, the cup for in room dining was not covered.. and when my kids jump on the bed we can spot the dust easily on the air.
