"따만안그렉몰과 바로 연결되는 부분 제외하고는 객실 컨디션이 너무 좋지 않았습니다. 기본으로 제공되는 수건은 거의 걸레 수준으로 런드리가 전혀되지 않았고 휴지는 제공된다고 하였으나 없었습니다. 비품관련해서는 CS관리자와 입씨름 하고 싶지 않아 그냥 개인적으로 구매 해서 사용했습니다. 방은 사진 보다 굉장히 작았으나 비용이 저렴하니 큰 불만은 없습니다만 청소 상태나 컨디션이 좋지 않습니다."

"Nice and spacious room and good a/c. Bathroom was on the small side but functional (great water pressure), then again I'm 196cm/105kg. Only complaint I had was the hot water was just above warm. Over all it was a nice experience. "

"Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Room was set up well and relatively new. Questions were responded to fast. Our problem with the place is the noise. Walls are thin. We were put next to a family with multiple very noisy children. They made noise until midnight and started again at 5 AM. Then there was the staff that started early in the morning talking loudly in the hallways and slamming doors"

"We had a great stay. Our room was nice and the room stayed cool the whole time. Also, the bed was comfortable and we were able to sleep well. The staff was also very kind and accommodating."

"Hotel location is ideal ,food centre 2nd flr, bank and proximity to Chinatown. Surrounding area safe. Maintenance of hotel is poor apparently due to lack of experience staff and regular inspection. "
