Pluses are wonderful staff and service. Wonderful food, breakfast and lunch, among the best you can find anywhere in the world.
However the air conditioner in the room reminded me of hotel rooms long ago, not difficult to upgrade. Very noisy.
The room was very small, but why insist on putting guests in your small rooms when you are not full which I am certain they were not. Just leads to mediocre reviews and a certain reluctance to return, which is surely counter productive. This is a management issue. Sorry Pullman because you go to a lot of other trouble to make it perfect.

When learning that I had a big luggage and was thinking to walk to a nearby shopping mall where I could get a public transport to go to Bandung, a very kind reception staff offered me a free ride on the hotel's car to the mall. I really appreciate it!!
Staff are exceptional, rooms are amazing, executive upgrade is week worth the money. Breakfast is delicious and can be ordered as room device free of charge. Tea time and evening snacks in the lounge are excellent with unlimited drinks in the evening from 6-8. Love it here and would definitely return!!!
Very nice hotel with great hotel staff since the first time you enter the hotel. This hotel suitable for who want tranquility in the heart of jakarta city. The pillow sure will make you come back again. Unluckily, the resto service was not good as any other service that hotel give. It was full booked resto from outside visitor when i coming, ok then we need to wait, while waiting we asked the receptionist about the menu we have little conversation then there were guest who ask the booking table for them, and then the waitress just left us away and deliver the guest without saying anything and then few minutes after, her colleague coming to help us continue our order. I was thinking, do i look like i am invisible? So other guest just coming more important to me? I am staying at this hotel dude.. Ok, after we wait in the room while they process our order, we came back to the resto, and our food already on the table but then again only 1 chair there! We need to ask the staff as well to provide it. Time passed, we sat in the middle where all the waiter pass, quite noisy, even i can hear other guest complain about their food. The food was good enough, not the best for french cuisine. But service is bad for me.... Good thing the food and beverage manager came to our table to said sorry about that inconvenience. After all this is good hotel and great food and beverage manager!
