"I booked for 5 nights & on the first night itself I had to change the room. The bathroom had a leak right above the toilet. The second room had bad aircon, changed again & the third room didn't have door lock to the balcony. Changed again, this time the main door look was not working. Mini refrigerators in all 4 rooms were stinking. 2 days they couldn't provide me with the bottled water. The room was never cleaned properly,"

"Location is good. Facilities is great. Food at the restaurant not to my taste. Issued only 1 card even if you come with family. Quite inconvenience. Other that that, all is good."
