Overall we thought it was an awesome condo. Beautiful finishes and all the amenities we could want. Very cozy and maintained perfectly. We appreciated the first rate linens, well appointed kitchen and very tasteful décor. Management staff was amazing, friendly and were more than happy to help with information and directions. The location was perfect for us, easy walking to everything we enjoy in PV. We will definitely stay here again! ##### Dave P. My friends Les and Larry, who live in Kentucky, recommended this condo. They were correct with their referral and suggestions for the neighborhood haunts. The folks were responsive when we noticed the dryer in the apartment was not working. Each year it just gets better. This year there was new and improved internet. The kitchen is even better equipped. The host is a delight to work with and responsive to questions. Brian was a very professional host with great communication. Check-in and check-out so easy. Very clean, beautiful decor, great balconies with ocean view, and amazing rooftop pool, hot tub, and sitting areas. Location could not have been more perfect. Only needed Uber for airport. We came across this listing on VRBO and the three of us loved the look. The owner was very quick to respond and answer questions. When needed and they were able, he was flexible and that was a HUGE help, especially because of the flight drama this year. On arrival, the property manager was kind and helpful. His tour was helpful and concise. The condo was AMAZING. There was three of us, so each room having its own bathroom was wonderful. The condo was very clean and organized, with gorgeous views of the city and the ocean. The location was ideal because it was close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, but a block or two from the “action” so it was also very quiet at night. The pool and roof deck were amazing places to relax and enjoy your day/evening. This was a quality location/space with an owner who really looked after their guests. V177 is just across street from LaPalapa & Eldorado condos with sunset views! Great big TV’s in every room and Sonos music in every room too. One bedroom is dark & cozy and the other is sunny with even a sunset view. This is a 4th floor location on the front of the building , which also has a pool & hot tub & gym on the 7th floor. Kitchen is very well equipped & ice maker too. There is even a well stocked mini-market for avocado & salsa only 1/2 block south. You’ll love, love this beautiful home. Wonderful original art hangs throughout and there are very, very comfortable pillow top king sized beds. Great cross winds makes it so comfortable that you won’t need the a/c at all. It’s a huge space, you’ll feel like you can hide away. You can have the sandy beach experience by walking across to the Eldorado and renting a beach chair with cushion & towel for 200 pesos ($10, too you) for all day. Food is great there too, I recommend the 1/2 avocado with shrimp. PV also has Uber now, which makes things very easy. ##### James S.
