"We had to change our coffee maker in our room twice because it was not brewing hot but cold. It was easier to order a pot of coffee from room service.
Room was always cleaned and was surprised that they have an afternoon towel service and maintenance as well. Very impressive
Staff was excellent and catered to all my needs.
Pool was ok. Only complain was the finish of the pool was too rough and hurts the back if you lean on it (especially with a sunburn) or your swim suit may get snagged depending on the material.
The Boathouse was closed the last 3 days for supper when we was there and had to make reservation for Italian or the steak house. Not impressed. Landshark should be an option for a light meal for supper."

"Had a great time with my 2 kids and husband. The amenities were great. The kids club was awesome. The entertainment was fantastic. Definitely recommend. The beach was not swimmable due to the seaweeds. But we played on the sand and made sand castles. I loved the adult only area and pool. The food from the buffet was okay. The steak house was really good. The views from the room was excellent. Had a great time."
