"Accommodation was well maintained and clean. Ther is no onsite manager an entry is by keypad. I did not receive the code for the property 48 hours before check in. So I emailed CIH. Despite having booked and paid in full on Expedia I was told I must pay a local charge and the cleaning fee before being given the code to access the property. This felt like a scam. I contacted Expedia and eventually was advised to pay the extra (250 euro). The property is great but beware the extra charges."

"We had a lovely stay here! The place was spotless and very peaceful, which made it perfect for a relaxing break. The pool was easily accessible and there were plenty of sun loungers to use. Shops were conveniently nearby, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the main street. The neighbours were friendly and the area felt very safe throughout our stay. The house caretaker was incredibly kind and helped us check in smoothly when we needed, and the owner made sure everything was comfortable for us....

Sights like Tanit Ethnographic Museum, Campesino House Museum, and La Antigua Escuela de Yaiza Art Center offer insight into the local culture. San Gabriel Castle, Castillo de San Jose International Museum of Contemporary Art, and Telamon Shipwreck are some local landmarks. Rancho Texas Park Zoo, AquaPark Costa Teguise, and Aqualava Waterpark are family favorites.

Popular things to do in the area include shopping and swimming. Dip your toes in the water and soak up the sun at Puerto del Carmen Beach, Pocillos Beach, and Quemada Beach. An enjoyable day at a park is awaiting you at Cactus Garden. If retail therapy is on the agenda, you might consider a shopping trip to Deiland Shopping Center. "Can only praise the efforts of management and staff to ensure everything goes well on holiday. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable . Only one wardrobe with limited shelf storage which was a problem. We used the adult only facilities for dining and for pre and post meal drinks. The food was varied and tasty but disappointed not to see a strawberry offering!! Not a problem with Sun loungers around the adult pool although there was always those early risers reserving beds with towels before going for breakfast. We upgraded to all inclusive plus giving daily access to the a la carte restaurant and the adults only bar. Nothing more to pay on the premium drinks and the measures are more than generous. Cocktails are available and freshly prepared. Entertainment in the evening was ok but a bit more suited to younger children. This hotel is situated only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of €13 and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Can recommend for both families and couples. "

"Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main resort strip is about 15 minute walk. "

"The best hotel that we have stayed in Lanzarote and we have been coming for many years. The reception team are very professional and helpful, the breakfasts are exceptional, the rooms are srepotless and beautifully furnished, the gardens are delightful and the large heated pool is a joy to swim in. Well done! "
