"I very rarely write reviews but this hotel over delivered in every aspect and certainly warrants a review. The facilities were fantastic, everything extremely well cared for and constantly cleaned and kept tidy. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly, enthusiastic, caring and professional, it was so refreshing to see this level of dedication and service which is hard to find now. "My partner and I stayed for 3 nights, and it was the perfect home-base for our first visit to Mallorca. A short walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, bus lines etc. We enjoyed the front balcony each night. "Just back from a lovely one week Stay in this villa, the villa has everything you could possibly need and more the pool is amazing, bed was really comfy too, we needed to speak to Cecilia for a couple of things and they were sorted straight away, quiet location but stones throw from bars and restaurants, we hired a car and went to Pollença which was beautiful Alcudia port is lovely too, only downside to stay moskitos, I have been bitten several times and we used a deet repellent, but didn’t work...
