Lovely clean and comfortable enjoyable stay service good in restaurant when not busy but slow when busy.

Although the room was small it was well appointed with everything required. The owners update you re check in times and allow you into the room early if required. A great rate for a comfortable room.

Fantastic property. Great location. Loved it. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. New manager has made effective changes that made our stay much more pleasant than last time we were here. Yes the rooms are basic but you get what you pay for. They were clean, the staff were helpful and friendly (a change from last time we were there) and the entertainment on the Saturday evening was excellent. Definitely going back next time I’m in the area.

Very nice hotel ,Food was fantastic, breakfast in the morning was top marks .Staff were very good at there jobs , will be back in the near future ..

I arranged the trip for my son's 11th Birthday and he enjoyed it so much he said the hotel should have 5 stars. My boys loved the pool, the room, the food and the chocolate milkshakes. It's a beautiful clean area by the sea, with the lovely big park and amusements. I will definitely book here again.

couldn’t fault it. lovely clean room, good food , outside area very well maintained and plenty of parking. would stay again.

I had an amazing 4 day stay at the Marine Hotel. My room was very comfortable and it had an amazing view of the golf course and across the sea to the Isle of Arran in the distance. All members of staff I encountered we very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The service was first class. I'm a wheelchair user and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was ok and had everything I need. The food was excellent and the room service was too. I highly recommend...

Great service room was amazing

Very good alternative to a hotel. All facilities we required for a great town centre stay in Ayr for the races. Breakfast was fantastic value. Only downside was staying in room 6 we had a bathroom on the other side of the corridor.

Ideal location, clean and friendly, no problem booking in early. Will be back.

We had a lovely stay at the Townhouse, our room was amazing and the property is on a quiet street close to the centre of Ayr and the seafront. We would happily stay again.

A clean and quiet B&B close to Ayr beach and Pavilion, within walking distance of the town centre. The owner is helpful, just remember to let them know your approximate arrival time.

We loved everything about this property - the hosts are lovely, and gave us tips for places to visit, were prepared to be flexible about when we had breakfast (we chose 9.00am). The whole place was very clean, and they had thought about everything a guest might need. Breakfast was lovely, and choices were varied. They could charge more, it's great value for money. The best B&B we've stayed in - highly recommended
