The room was well decorated and clean! The pillows could do with being of better quality. We had good customer service from the owner who went out of her way to welcome us and make sure we had the door code! The WiFi was not up to the job and this spoilt things as we were going to watch a programme on BBC iPlayer!

Very clean, nicely decorated room, good bathroom, tea and coffee facilities. Good large tv. Prestwick not a particularly interesting or attractive town, but has reasonably priced restaurants not too far away. Guest house large, comfortable, Scottish 'golf themed' decor. Immaculately clean. Very good breakfast - good range of breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, very well cooked breakfast. Lovely comfortable lounge overlooking golf course. Hosts pleasant, friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back.

Finding the place was a bit tricky as its address indicates a certain road name but the name of the road changes shortly after finding it. You will definitely want your own transportation, trying to use public transport here won't do it. It was an interesting stay, nice pub, intriguing old house/estate. Didn't try the food so can't comment. Staff were helpful. Interior needs a new coat of paint and a few fixes here and there but it was comfortable and the rooms were nice. I read a few negative reviews but I'm not sure what they're talking about or what they're used to. This isn't a pristine 5 star resort somewhere but they talked about it like a dingy hostel or something; it's a nice place to stay.
