"Beautiful hotel and friendly staff! The views are stunning but the location is a logistical head ache without a car. They offered a transfer service that is a very short car ride I later learned isn’t complimentary…5 euros every time isn’t bad but when the Funicular was down it totally derailed my travel plans. "
"Got 2 bedrooms and very spacious with much cleanliness. Great breakfast and nice staffs. Parking was nice and better price. Overall, great stay and recommend it for sure. If I come back to Como then I would prefer to stay here especially two bedrooms with family gives you more privacy."
"This really was a most magical place to visit, the peace and calm of the area was just what I needed after hectic working weeks! I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy more of the spa, the village is hard to get to, and very small but the hotel makes up for that. The night we stayed there was a lightning storm and the hotel came to collect us from the local pizza restaurant which was so kind! A lovely places with lovely staff, cannot recommend highly enough! "
"The location is perfect, right on Lake Como with a private beach.
The room is good, bathroom a bit small but convenient. Nice balcony above the water.
Because there is no restaurant at the hotel it would be handy to install a mini fridge and a coffee/tea maker.
In the nearest village is a supermarket, MD, and everything is very cheap. To the other side is a great restaurant, Onnolulu."

"The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so much more. The beach club is a 5 minute walk down the street and provides multiple pools, lounge areas, dining and of course access to the lake itself. Finally, the food was excellent, from the breakfast buffet to inspired Italian meals. You won't be disappointed in this hotel, and Menaggio is a great location to explore all that Lake Como has to offer. "
