What a wonderful place! The building (a crescent) was beautiful. The apartment was very comfortable. The host was super friendly and helpful. It’s a decent walk to Princes Street… just over the Dean Bridge on the edge of Dean Village (a must-see). We will definitely return. Highly recommended!!!

I stayed in a ground floor room, it was absolutely stunning. The furnishings, thoughtful details were really great - I loved the regal feeling of the room, and so spacious. Bathroom was lovely and modern and good shower pressure. Had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. Only very small things but not dealbreaker issues: you can hear the trams a lot. The bathroom could do with some hooks for towels and hand towel- couldn’t get to the heated rail over the toilet and nowhere else to hang towels. Some sheer privacy curtains would’ve been nice: the street looks straight into the room so couldn’t keep the curtains open in the day I’m glad I stayed ground floor - other rooms would have a fair few stairs up and down and no elevator
