But, it was the staff from valet, front desk, restaurant, bar & poolside that made our family feel like VIPs. The service was unparalleled. "Views from the 8th floor balcony were incredible, and the layout of the room made it seem bigger than it was. The property is gorgeous and very clean. However, the floor in the room and the giant bathtub looked like they both needed a good scrubbing. The water pressure in the shower was weak and disappointing, as well as the upper limit on the water temperature; it should've gotten much hotter. Even so, we really enjoyed our stay here. The spa and wellness center was superb; even so, it was a bit overpriced. The hotel restaurant was very underwhelming, especially considering the prices. However, there were many great restaurants w/in a short walk or drive. The in-room coffee was great as well as the water stations on each floor and lobby. The beach attendants made sure you had whatever you needed when you ventured down there & the beach itself was very nice with beautifully clear water. This was our 1st trip to Singer Island and Amrit, and we look forward to coming back in the future."

"This was our first stay at the BelGrove and it was Simply Beautiful and relaxing, just what we expected! Brittney was so Hospitable and all the staff really catered to any need we had during our stay!! The food was Delicious and the bar atmosphere was so refreshing & relaxing!
