Hotel ok. Precisa urgente de uma reforma nos quartos. Quartos com tamanho muito bom, porém uso de carpete ainda. Dá pra ver uma estrutura muito boa, porém sucateada. Café da manhã ok. Estacionamento paga diária de 30 reais.

O hotel é bom e a localização é excelente. Para quem vai tirar o visto americano, é uma ótima escolha! Muito perto do consulado. O hotel já foi muito bonito pelo visto, mas precisa de uma bela reforma. As paredes dos corredores estão descascando. O banheiro precisa de uma bela reforma. É bom, o custo benefício é bom, mas pode melhorar enquanto é tempo.

Elevador estragado! Ninguém avisa! Acesso elevador de serviços em pessimas condições/garagem com vazamento de AGUA/café da manhã decepcionante/atendimento restaurante muito ruim e descordial/sem informação no quarto dos valores do frigobar/estou arrependida de ter visto fotos do hotel e pago um valor que não me proporcionou uma boa experiência! Viajo de dois em dois meses para Porto Alegre e desta vez errei na escolha!

Realidade do hotel hoje, na minha opinião.

Já foi melhor. Está bastante relaxado, em especial, na manutenção e limpeza. A direção tem que repensar em alguns aspectos. O café da manhã tem que melhorar, para os padrões do hotel. O valor cobrado pela garagem está muito elevado.

Hotel muito bem localizado, mas velho!!!! Quarto com espaço ótimo, mas camas extremamente barulhentas e tinham uns insetos no travesseiro, pareciam pequenas larvas. Ficamos em um dia que tinha vento, com isso as janelas ficaram a noite inteira batendo e fazendo barulho. Por isso, ficar neste hotel, apenas se não há outra opção!!!

Um dos piores de Porto Alegre

Sem manobrista, quando realizado o check in, parecia que o hotel estava fazendo um favor para o cliente, cobraram garagem sendo que é no mesmo prédio, pedaços de madeira pregados no teto do banheiro, R$ 8,00 numa barrinha de chocolate que custa R$ 2,00 no comércio, cartão para acessar o apto não funciona, café com tudo frio e gelado, desde omelete a molho com salsicha.

Mto ruim. Os funcionários até são educados porém não querem ajudar os hóspedes a carregar as malas. Paguei por acomodação com ar cond. e o mesmo não funcionava e não tive solução. Limpeza ruim do quarto. Café da manhã simples porém bom. Instalações velhas. Falta hospitalidade da equipe. Hotel mto ruim. Não volto nunca mais e nem recomendo.
