We love this place. We stayed there every year. Amazing hotel and spa. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and always helpful. The Spa is awesome. The food is good not great. I love the breakfast but the dinner menu needs to get better.

The hotel is undeniably beautiful, but there are a few caveats. Cons: Hotel is huge! From our room to the front desk (where the valet, restaurant, and pool are), it was about a 15-minute walk. They did tell us at the end of our stay you could request a golf cart to come pick you up, but by the time they would actually get there and take you back, I would assume it would take just as long. It is not just the one building; there are, I believe, 9 buildings. - There are also no mosquito/window screens in the rooms, so there were some mosquitoes/flies in the room. - The pool is quite nice, but there are lots of children! - To use the hot tubs, you need to schedule a time, which no one told us, so by the time we found out, it was all booked until the end of our stay. Pros: Breakfast is really good, lots of options (omelets, tapiocas, eggs, cheeses, breads, meats...). - Beds are really comfy, and rooms are very spacious. - Front desk staff and valet are very nice and helpful.

We love this hotel, my second time staying with friends and family. Everyone is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. Great pool and Spa service. The restaurant is good but not great. I just wish they had a better menu for lunch and dinner. The breakfast is always great.

O hotel oferece uma experiência bastante agradável, com diversos pontos positivos: -Limpeza e conforto: Os ambientes são muito limpos e bem cuidados, com espaços amplos e aconchegantes. -Aquecimento por calefação: Todos os ambientes contam com calefação, garantindo conforto térmico e tornando a estadia agradável mesmo em dias frios. -Áreas instagramáveis: A propriedade possui vários locais confortáveis e bem decorados, perfeitos para fotos e momentos de lazer. -Tranquilidade e serviços: O ambiente é silencioso e tranquilo. A comida é excelente, o atendimento é atencioso e o estacionamento é amplo. -Café da manhã: Perfeito, bem variado, tudo uma delícia. Pena em poucos dias que eu passei, dois dias ficaram sem o espumante no café da manhã, mas tem sim. O único PONTO NEGATIVO é que o estacionamento é pago, embora seja bem estruturado e não tenha causado problemas durante a estadia.

Hospedagem excelente! Equipe nora 1.000 Quartos e demais dependências muito limpos. Café espetacular. Única ressalva: modelo da chapa/torradeira com ranhuras sempre estava com resíduos, mesmo após limpeza. Necessita trocar por chapa lisa, ou realizar limpeza com escova de aço a cada 4 ou 5 hóspedes a utilizarem.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muitas opções deliciosas. O hotel é muito bonito e oferece diversas atividades, inclusive para os dias de chuva, o que faz toda a diferença. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente gentis e atenciosos. Fiquei apaixonada por tudo! O único detalhe é que achei o quarto um pouco escuro, mas nada que me faça tirar a nota máxima. Sem dúvidas, um hotel 10/10!

De forma geral, a estrutura atendeu às expectativas, embora o hotel possa investir mais em modernização tecnológica. Infelizmente, tivemos uma experiência bastante desagradável durante a estadia. Reservamos uma sala de trabalho disponibilizada pelo hotel e estávamos no meio de uma reunião quando um funcionário nos informou que precisaríamos desocupar o espaço para que outro hóspede o utilizasse. Segundo foi informado, a preferência foi dada por se tratar de um proprietário de unidade no empreendimento. Fomos direcionadas para uma sala menor, sem estrutura adequada para duas pessoas trabalharem, inclusive com falta de tomadas para os notebooks. A situação foi extremamente constrangedora, especialmente porque já utilizávamos a sala de forma regular. Somente após um familiar nosso, que também é proprietário e estava hospedado no local, entrar em contato com a recepção para relatar o ocorrido, recebemos um pedido de desculpas e uma extensão elétrica, sem qualquer outra medida para minimizar o desconforto causado. O que mais incomodou não foi a mudança de sala, mas a sensação de tratamento diferenciado entre hóspedes. A forma como a situação foi conduzida nos fez sentir desrespeitadas. Para quem pretende se hospedar no hotel sem ser proprietário, fica o alerta sobre esse tipo de atendimento.
