Short Stay in Porto Alegre

This hotel was just what we needed. Comfortable and near the bus station. A little dated but definitely value for the price. Better wifi in the rooms would be my only suggestion. Thanks for the stay!

Tuvimos problemas con las habitaciones al ingresar al hotel pero el personal lo soluciono rápidamente. Si bien el aire es un poco ruidoso para mí no fue un problema. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el desayuno es súper completo! Siempre que pasamos por Porto Alegre nos quedamos aquí. Un punto extra es que queda cerca de la autopista!

A internet não funciona nos quartos, em pleno 2026 é inadmissível não ter Wi-Fi. Para trabalhar precisa ir até a recepção ou sair do hotel. O quarto era “arrumado” todos os dias, porém só a cama era feita e toalhas trocadas. O banheiro e o chão não eram limpos. O atendimento é bom.

Lamentável os cuidados com hotel, tivemos que trocar de quarto três vezes, cheiro de mofo aparelhos de Ar condicionado estragado. Infelizmente parece que hotel está se deteriorando com o passar do tempo sem as manutenções. Hotel antigo e sem atualizações necessárias. Os funcionários são prestativos e tentam resolver os graves problemas existentes. Infelizmente foi dias desagradáveis. Não recomendo!!!!!

Não gostamos do hotel, o cheiro forte de mofo, estrutura externa deteriorada, prédio antigo. No quarto até o ar condicionado tinha muita sujeira e cheiro forte. Não recomendamos.
