Very dated hotel in desperate need of a deep clean. Mouldy and filthy bathroom, just one thin sheet on an old ripped mattress (I slept on the sofa, simply because I could wipe it clean), dirty glasses. On the plus side, the staff were very pleasant and friendly.

My reservation was for 8 nights, and I had to withdraw for the second, since the conditions of the room were very poor, broken furniture, broken doors, in general very poor conditions. The hotel indicated that they would only charge for two nights, and would give instructions for Expedia to refund the reservation, however this has not happened. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Equipe solícita e simpática. Mas o hotel é antigo e precisa de muita manutenção. Me hospedei em dois quartos diferentes. No primeiro, o ar condicionado não podia ser ligado, pq pingava água dentro do quarto. No segundo, havia um barulho, um estalo q nas primeiras vezes q ouvi, parecia q tinha alguém entrando no quarto. Não consegui identificar o q era. Achei o quarto bem escuro também. Digo tudo isso com finalidade de colaborar. Obrigada

A estadia foi excelente, mas gostaria de deixar registrado minha insatisfação com a plataforma que escolhi para a reserva, o Hotéis.com foi bastante enganoso, fiz a pesquisa toda colocando 2 adultos e 1 criança e na hora de reservar ele alterou, sem eu perceber, e reservou para apenas 1 adulto, ou seja, precisei pagar a diferença para mais 2 pessoas!

Hotel bem localizado, perto do Centro Histórico, da Redenção e do Moinhos, no alto do Bonfim. Estacionamento pela rua lateral, mais tranquila, compartilhado com moradores do condomínio. Piscina aquecida, café da manhã com vista da cidade. Uma das poucas opções de quartos grandes para famílias que não cobra o dobro em POA.
